How to Place Orders
1. Fill out the catering order form
2. For PICK-UP: fax to (415) 296-9290 ($45 minimum)
3. For DELIVERY: fax all orders to (415) 296-9290 ($200 minimum)
4. QUESTIONS: Please call our catering manager at (415) 296-8009
Payment Options
Credit Card: include type, number, and expiration with order
Corporate check: specify with order and contact our catering manager for the total prior to delivery / pick-up
* Orders may not be cancelled within 24 hours of the requested delivery / pick-up
Catering Guidelines
1. Delivery and pick-up is available from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm, M-F
2. Same day orders must be received by 10:30 am and availability is not guaranteed
3. Catering order form must be filled out for all orders
4. Delivery is only available for orders over $200; a $20 delivery fee will be added
5. Please allow a 15 minute delivery window before or after the requested time
6. The 'Frequent Lunch Card' Program does NOT apply for catering orders
7. All orders include cutlery and napkins (please notify us if you do not require them)
8. Due to the seasonal and local nature of our salads we must occasionally make ingredient substitutions at the discretion of our chef
