   Ordering Guidelines
  • Delivery and pick-up is available from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm, M-F, for dowtown Los Angeles.


  • Same day orders must be received by 10:30 am and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the catering manager


  • Please allow a 15 minute delivery window before or after the
    requested time


  • Orders may not be canceled within 24 hours of the requested delivery / pick-up
